| The First Project For Environment Friendly Resort In The Black Sea Coast |
By: News BG, 14-12-2007 - Few days after the first official visit of the world`s famous architect Sir Norman Foster in Bulgaria, sgrada.com. presented more detailed information about his project called Black Sea Garden.
The project itself representes a small resort of 5 towns- "Sky Village", "Wilderness Village", "Meadow Village", "Cape Village" and "Sea Village. The first four of them will be situated over the hills while the last one will be next to the port.
Mr.Foster who previously got acquainted with the local infrastructure grouped the houses next to each other so that the intensity of the wind could be less. The balcons` of the houses are designed always to be sunny. All the building materials are going to be brought by local companies.
Black Sea Garden will be totally environment friendly because it won't emit greenhouse gases. The cars are going to be parked in an underground parking at the beginning of each town. The citizens will travel by electric cars, buses and bicycles.
The village is supposed to host about 15 400 people.
