70% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on the signing of the purchase contract.The contract will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days after the reservation fee is paid.
30% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at ) within minimum 15 days before the signing of the Notary Deed (less the reservation fee).
III. Investor payment terms:
DISCOUNT : 5 % from the total price
90% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract, which will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days from the reservation.
10% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at ) within minimum 15 days before the signing of the Notary Deed (less the reservation fee).
IV. Special mortgage payment terms:
+ 5 % from the total price
40% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract, which will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days from the reservation.
60% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) within minimum 15 days before the signing of the Notary Deed (less the reservation fee).
